Create, enhance, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, product data sheets, and application notes.

Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including R&D engineering, product marketing, applications engineering, and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy of customer documentation.

Ensure documentation is written in clear, concise language and optimal visualization that meets industry standards and approved by all relevant stakeholders.

Plan and coordinate documentation projects, including managing timelines and stakeholders.

Explore and evaluate AI tools for content generation and overall process improvement.

Work with SMEs to develop and maintain technical knowledge.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Master Lattice writing tools and processes and seek ways to improve documentation standards, architecture, framework, and relevant processes.

Preferred degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years in technical writing or FPGA/ASIC/IP support/design.

Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in managing documentation projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to research technical topics and work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with professional authoring tools such as Adobe Acrobat, FrameMaker, Visio, Illustrator, etc.

Experience with structured authoring, content management system, and DITA is a plus.

Experience with FPGA technology is a plus.
