Pre-Sales & Proposal Preparation

• Assist in preparing design proposals and presentation materials for clients.
• Assist with mood boards, visual references, layouts and product selections.
• Research suitable greenery, planters, materials and decorative elements based on project requirements.
• Prepare and update product catalogues, presentation decks and project references.
• Assist the team in preparing quotations, specifications and supporting documents.

Pre-Production & Project Coordination

• Assist in coordinating between clients, designers, suppliers and production teams.
• Follow up on project details, drawings, measurements, materials and production requirements.
• Assist in checking project specifications before production and installation.
• Maintain project files, drawings, quotations and documentation.
• Support the team in ensuring projects are properly prepared before production and installation.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Interior Design, Landscape Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, Project Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sense of design, visual presentation and aesthetics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Power Point.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is an advantage.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn and take initiative.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
