Team and Role Introduction:
Responsibilities:
a. Design / perform business-oriented, comprehensive, accurate reporting system/ analysis to monitor the performance of the business, to locate risk and to discover potential business opportunities.
-Develop and maintain the management dashboard portal
-Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand certain business cases and challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
-Provide insightful analysis to management for decision making
-Work with colleagues in business team for understanding data insights and handling data product training
b. Strategy & Planning
-Do the targets setting for the business, as well as target progress tracking and projection, to guide the business on resource allocation and building blocks set-up/planning.
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
• Bachelor’s/Master Degree, preferably in Analytics, statistics, mathematics or business/marketing management
• 5-10 years + working experience in business performance analysis reporting, data analysis, with independent thoughts and insight, ability to perceive opportunities from mass data.
• Experienced SQL skill
• Bilingual: English/Chinese
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Results and detail orientated with a strong emphasis on problem-solving
• E-commerce experience is a plus, especially in the User/Traffic domain
