Job Description

• Manage and develop key accounts within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, focusing on building long-term partnerships and driving sales growth.
• Establish and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms while maintaining profitability.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development to align on customer needs and ensure product offerings meet market demands.
• Regularly report on account performance, market insights, and provide recommendations for improvement to management.


Job Requirements

Merchandise Planning
- Analyze consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends based on e-commerce sales big data
- Sourcing targeted assortment from existing and new suppliers based on wishlist.
- Negotiate on supply price to get a competitive price.
- Review performance indicators (e.g. sales, discount levels, traffic and conversion rate)
- Write reports and forecast sales levels on a weekly and monthly basis for owning categories.

Pricing and sales management
- Manage on product pricing to balance sales and margin
- Own product P&L, responsible for margin
- Participate in promotional activities and works with traffic team to develop sales for merchandise.

Inventory Management
- Manage timely entry and maintenance of purchase orders and final orders
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders
- Ensure availability and order of stocks proportionate to merchandise movements.

Vendor Management
- Meet suppliers and negotiate terms of contract
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products
- Contact suppliers in order or schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problem

Requirements/Qualifications:

- A background of sourcing/purchase/retail in related categories.
- Experience in sales and stock management, strong result driving
- Price negotiation experience and capability in certain area, be familiar with industry cost
- Fluent in English a must, Chinese speaking is a plus
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Sales Analysis and Forecasting
- Systems skills (merchandising system, Microsoft applications)
- Hold a bachelor degree
- at least 2 years of E-Commerce Experiences
