Job Description
Love chatting with people and keeping communities buzzing? We're looking for a community obsessed intern to be the voice behind our seller channels. You'll be the go to person keeping our sellers engaged, informed and entertained across social media, messaging groups and our Lazada University portal. No two days are the same, and you'll get real ownership from day one. Don't worry if you've never done this before, we'll teach you everything. What matters most is your energy and willingness to learn.
What You'll Get Up To
1. Run our seller community channels (Social media, WhatsApp chats, Lazada University portal) and be the friendly face sellers turn to
2. Curate and schedule content that keeps sellers coming back for more
3. Help pull off seller programmes, contests and events that make our community thrive
4. Manage our seller ambassador programme and keep our community champions engaged and driven to support the community
5. Support across our seller engagement pillars: community, education, events and communication
6. Dive into reporting and keep the team sharp on what's working
7. Jump into ad hoc projects because things move fast and we need doers, not watchers
Job Requirements
1. Diploma or degree student in any field
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
3. You're a people person who's comfortable talking to sellers and stakeholders
4. Super organised and can juggle multiple platforms without dropping the ball
5. You know your way around social media like it's second nature
6. Passionate, curious and willing to learn from scratch
7. Interest in e commerce and what makes sellers tick
