Team and Role Introduction:

Responsibilities:
1、Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various business projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
2、Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making, including market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
4、Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely communication of updates and progress to stakeholders.
5、Support the development of project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and presentations.
6、Identify and escalate potential risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
7、Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools to enhance project efficiency.
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
1、Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
2、Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
3、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4、Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
5、Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6、Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
7、Passionate about learning and adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
