2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
3、Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling Alibaba International's products and services.
4、Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product departments, to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
5、Monitor market trends and competitors' activities, providing insights to inform business strategies and improve customer offerings.


【Job Requirements】:
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、Above three years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or B2B industry.
3、Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
4、Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5、Familiarity with the Malaysia market and the Alibaba International platform, as well as an understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
6、Fluent in English and Malay, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
