Job Description

1、Manage and cultivate existing client relationships within the logistics industry, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
2、Identify new business opportunities by proactively networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events to expand the company's client base.
3、Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue from key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning with our service offerings.
4、Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics solutions, negotiate contracts, and resolve any client issues promptly.
5、Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value proposition of our logistics services.
6、Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.


Job Requirements

1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management and business development within the logistics industry.
3、Established network and strong relationships with key players in the logistics sector.
4、Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
5、Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
6、Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
7、Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a proven track record of growing sales in a competitive market.
