Our Values

• Own, plan and manage (end-to-end) platform / brand Campaigns which includes post Campaigns analysis • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for various marketing campaigns • Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or issues • Proactively recommend and support the implementation of new Campaigns mechanics and strategies to boost performance and engagement • Manage and coordinate cross-functional campaign projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery • Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and operational teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration • Be the expert by understanding key functional and non-functional capabilities or limitations of the system and its individual modules that will drive the merchandising on campaign landing pages from both a business and design perspective • Ability to understand the end-to-end shopping journey and recommend action plans at each touchpoint to elevate overall customer’s experience • Analyze on-going campaigns which includes performance tracking and accurate data gathering and translate them into insights &amp; recommendations • Assess campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future initiatives
