Job Description
- Analyse contact volume patterns and draw out insightful data for next course of action
- Work with the internal team to address the pain point faced by buyer and seller
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and strive towards operational excellence in all areas
- Develop clear, timely and accurate periodic reports that drive continuous improvement in process and productivity using automation / self-serve dashboards where applicable
- Analyse and communicate the complex analysis and findings in a simple and concise manner
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analysis
- Must be proficient with SQL
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, good analytical diagnostic, troubleshooting and data visualization skills
