Digital Key Account Manager

Job Description

Managing relationships with exciting Digital Players and aggregators who are key players in their respective industries
Developing cross-functional strategy to grow sellers’ business and ensure smooth operations
Working with marketing team to run dedicated online campaigns for the sellers for products across Gaming Credits, Restaurant Vouchers, Travel Packages and Mobile Prepaid services
Collaborating with local and regional category managers to develop a wide assortment without losing focus on revenue growth
Managing pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key products offered by the sellers
Negotiating deals with sellers and working with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues
Visual merchandising planning and implementation which includes full onsite ownership (Look-and-feel, attributes, filtering, features, content, and banners) of the category
Develop and execute visual merchandising plans (eg, Flagship stores) with brands

2-3 years of retail experience in Malaysia – buying or account management in the retail or specific category is a big plus
Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
Fluency in spoken and written in local language and proficiency in English
Prior experience in Telcom, Digital Media or Online Services industry is an added plus
