Job Description

  • Take care of our sellers/partners, and help us drive our business forward by making the sellers/partners comfortable to be with us 
  • Responsible for attending to seller’s/partners enquiries via calls and e-mails.
  • Coordination with MP Seller Center on stock management, management of returned and damaged items, out-bounding operations, MP stock management and stock updates in the IT System, quality control operations, pick up operations, lead-time monitoring 
  • Identify and handle seller’s/partners enquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of sellers/partners 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM /"O" Level, Professional Certificate or higher in any field. 
  • With at least 1-2 years working in a customer/ vendor service background.
  • Good communication skills in English are required for this position, those who can speak other local dialects would be an added advantage. 
  • A strong customer focus and passion to provide an outstanding level of service 
  • Able/willing to work on shift if required.
