<div>Reporting to the Customer Care Training Manager, you will be responsible for:&nbsp;<br><br></div><ul><li>Conceptualize training materials based on data and research&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and conduct training session to develop and sharpen agent’s skills and abilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain database of all training materials&nbsp;</li><li>Provides feedback to contact center team leaders and managers on agent outlier’s performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate calibration session with other departments to ensure alignment in Standard Operating Procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Establishes work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards, procedures and strategic directives&nbsp;</li><li>Compile and maintain knowledge management database and related systems used in Customer Care &nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate Training Program with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Teams to ensure alignment in training provided&nbsp;</li><li>Works as a member/leader of special or ongoing projects that are important to area/process improvement&nbsp;</li></ul>
