LCP Supplies (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Product Executive for its Consumer Department to drive sales, promote consumer products, manage customer relationships, and support product and marketing activities. The role involves working with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities across the Klang Valley and occasional travel to Johor Bahru and the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
• Promote the company's products to existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquiries, and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide responsive, professional service.
• Conduct customer visits to understand business needs, introduce products, and identify opportunities for repeat sales.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Develop understanding of product range, features, pricing, and market positioning; recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Support product launches, promotions, and other sales and marketing activities.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and identify potential market opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, pricing, orders, and deliveries.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate customer records, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support credit-control procedures.
• Assist in preparing marketing visuals and product promotional content.
• Undertake occasional business trips to Johor Bahru and/or the East Coast when required.

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Nutrition, Dietetic, Food Science, Food Technology, Bio-Medical or similar field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product, marketing, sales support, or related roles; FMCG/consumer goods experience is a plus.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and sales activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
• Basic photo/video editing and graphic design skills are an advantage.
• Able to commence work immediately or at short notice.
