What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities — from job posting to onboarding.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement events and wellness activities.
• Help manage employee data and maintain HR documentation.
• Contribute ideas to enhance workplace culture and employer branding.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and communication initiatives.

• Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in people, culture, and creating meaningful workplace experiences.
• A good communicator with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Passionate about people, culture, and employee experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable interacting with people at all levels.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms (for employer branding activities).
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months (preferably 6 months).
