We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our Penang team. This role offers hands-on experience in IT support, system maintenance, and digital initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our IT team to support daily operations and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support IT team in system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Provide user support for technical queries and system access requests.
• Assist in IT inventory management and documentation.
• Participate in cybersecurity, data backup, and system upgrade initiatives.
• Support project implementation and testing under supervision.
• Perform other related IT or administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eager to learn and adapt to a corporate IT environment.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
