Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Sustainability Intern to support our ongoing sustainability, ESG, and CSR initiatives. The intern will be involved in a wide range of activities, from data analysis and human rights assessments to helping shape the Sustainability Report 2025 and coordinating CSR programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sustainability Communications & Reporting
- Assist in drafting and revising website content for the sustainability page.
- Support the preparation of the storyboard and structure for the Sustainability Report 2025.
ESG & Risk Management
- Assist in conducting sustainability and climate-related risks and opportunities analysis.
- Maintain and update the Sustainability and Climate Risks & Opportunities Register.
Supply Chain & Human Rights
- Support human rights assessments for selected vendors in the supply chain.
- Assist in compiling and drafting human rights reports.
Performance Data & Analytics
- Assist in collecting and analysing ESG performance data across departments.
- Support the preparation of Quarterly ESG Reports.
CSR & Community Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing CSR programmes and outreach activities.
- Prepare participant lists and summaries of CSR activities.
Administrative Support
- Prepare Request Orders (RO), Request for Proposals (RFP), and scopes of work.
- Track and update attendance for sustainability awareness training sessions.
Learning Outcomes:
- Hands-on experience in sustainability reporting, ESG analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exposure to real-world climate risk and human rights assessment practices.
- Practical experience supporting CSR and sustainability strategy initiatives.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, and climate-related topics.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
