Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our Penang team. This role offers hands-on experience in IT support, system maintenance, and digital initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our IT team to support daily operations and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support IT team in system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Provide user support for technical queries and system access requests.
- Assist in IT inventory management and documentation.
- Participate in cybersecurity, data backup, and system upgrade initiatives.
- Support project implementation and testing under supervision.
- Perform other related IT or administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eager to learn and adapt to a corporate IT environment.
- Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
