About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to maintain confidentiality while ensuring the GCFO’s office runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the GCFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize matters requiring attention.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.

Administrative Management

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Track deadlines, project milestones, and outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle expense claims, budget tracking, and financial administration related to the GCFO’s office.
  • Manage filing systems and digital records to ensure easy retrieval of key information.

Stakeholder Liaison

  • Serve as the first point of contact between the GCFO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with department heads, project teams, and partners to ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Support the coordination of Group Finance initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Strategic & Confidential Support

  • Support the GCFO in preparation for Board meetings, investor relations, and strategic reviews.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Conduct basic research, compile data, and summarize information to support decision-making.


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting C-suite leaders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia an advantage).
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
