As an Ecommerce Intern, you will help build and scale our online storefronts by creating product listings, content, and simple processes that improve product discovery and sales.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Product & Merchandising

• Create and maintain clear product listings with accurate specs, images, and categories across marketplaces and our web store.
• Improve product pages with effective titles, tags, and short descriptions to boost visibility.

Marketing & Customer Experience

• Support short product copy and social content for promotions and basic campaigns.
• Help set up promotions, monitor simple campaign metrics, and suggest small improvements.

Data & Operations

• Track inventory levels and update records to help prevent stock issues.
• Collect sales and traffic data into concise reports to show trends and what is working.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 0 years of professional experience required; internship or course project experience is a plus.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or Tiktok.
• Basic Excel skills and comfort producing simple reports.
• Basic image editing using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Basic video shooting and editing

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Curious, organised, and able to manage several small tasks at once.
• Comfortable working in a small team and open to feedback.
