IT BUSINESS ANALYST / FINANCE INTERNSHIP – (FINANCE/SALES/COSTING)

Gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, costing, and business operations supporting IT software and infrastructure solutions for the government sector.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in costing and pricing analysis for IT software and infrastructure solutions.
  • Support preparation of financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses.
  • Help maintain accurate customer, sales, and transaction records.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to support daily activities and IT project coordination.
  • Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives.
  • Collect, compile, and analyse data to support management decision-making.
  • Assist in preparation and review of financial inputs for government IT tender proposals and bids under supervision.
  • Gain exposure to tender processes, commercial evaluations, and proposal documentation for IT software and infrastructure projects.
  • Support internal coordination by helping track IT project handovers, sales forecasts, and operational updates.
  • Assist in gathering market and competitor information in the government IT space to support pricing, costing, and business insights.
  • Help prepare reports for management, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing Finance, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and costing principles.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn about government IT business operations and finance.
