JOB POSITION: LEGAL EXECUTIVE
<ol>
<li>To assist the legal division of a listed company (Group) effectively and efficiently.</li>
<li>To assist in overall legal affairs of the Group and provide legal support in all Corporate, Legal, Secretarial as well as Operation.</li>
<li>To draft, peruse and vet contracts, agreements, documents and to provide advice and legal recommendations.</li>
<li>To assist and resolve legal issues or disputes internally such as employer and employee issues or with third parties such as contractors, suppliers, or purchasers.</li>
<li>To handle and manage litigation cases including liaising with external solicitors.</li>
<li>To assist or represent the Company in labour/ industrial court, arbitration proceedings or tribunal hearing.</li>
<li>To assist in major sales and purchase transaction, corporate restructuring and due diligence process.</li>
<li>To coordinate Annual General Meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain systematic filling of company legal documents.</li>
<li>Undertake any other duties as and when instructed by The Management.</li>
