About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales and technical teams in delivering strong, well-prepared proposals and solutions to clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysis, coordination, documentation, and client-facing support within a business and technology environment.

You will work closely with the Head of Presales / Presales Consultant and gain hands-on exposure to tender preparation, solution planning, vendor coordination, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support bid / no-bid evaluations by assisting in technical and commercial assessments
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFQs, RFPs, BOMs, quotations, and tender documentation
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, specifications, and technical information
  • Provide sales support by helping to develop solution strategies based on client requirements
  • Assist in client meetings, presentations, and solution briefings when required
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal standards
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, technology trends, and industry developments

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
  • 1–2 years experience in pre-sales, sales support, project coordination, or technical support is an advantage
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to learn technical products and solutions
