The Group is looking to hire a Sales Executive to help drive company sales on new launches and existing projects.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable contacting potential customers to demonstrate our products, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend all sales and marketing activities at sales galleries, roadshows, and exhibitions for new and upcoming property launches.
  • Manage the loan documentation process, liaising with solicitors, end-financiers, and Sales and Purchase Agreements.
  • To arrange for house viewing and follow up with purchaser(s)
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • To manage customer's property inquiries and update them on our products.
  • To execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Ensure proper filing system and information posted in the INSOFT property system is up-to-date.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • At least a diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven work (at least three years) experience as a sales and marketing executive within property development.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • High level of proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in INSOFT property ystem for data entry (bonus)
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (bonus)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
