Key Responsibilities:

<li>Attend all sales and marketing activities at sales galleries, roadshows, and exhibitions for new and upcoming property launches.</li>
<li>Manage the loan documentation process, liaising with solicitors, end-financiers, and Sales and Purchase Agreements.</li>
<li>To arrange for house viewing and follow up with purchaser(s)</li>
<li>Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.</li>
<li>To manage customer's property inquiries and update them on our products.</li>
<li>To execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.</li>
<li>Ensure proper filing system and information posted in the INSOFT property system is up-to-date.</li>
<li>Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.</li>
