Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: -

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Operate & maintain plant machinery in good condition.
• Implement automation to ensure factory automation is functioning properly.
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
• In charge of the factory upgrading project as well as supporting the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
• To perform any tasks and assignments as directed by the superior/management from time to time.
• Strictly adhere to safe work procedures. Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), safety, and environmental regulations at all times
• Ensure good housekeeping in workshop and production areas in line with the 5S concept.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience: -

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma and above with 3 years experiences in mechanical repair work. 
• Hands-on operation experience in manufacturing/production field, preferable in food industries.

Requirements & Skill: -

• Must be willing to work in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
• Assertive, self-initiative and able to work under pressure and shift.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call as required
• Good attitude and good teamwork spirit.
• Able to either read or write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
