We are looking for a high-performing, charismatic, and experienced Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house (FOH) team at our trendy outlet in The Campus Ampang.   [Key Responsibilities] 

• Floor Leadership: Oversee daily floor operations, supervise FOH staff (servers, cashiers, hosts), and ensure strict adherence to service standards.

• Guest Experience: Greet guests, manage reservations/seating effectively, and handle customer feedback professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.

• Staff Training & Motivation: Train and mentor junior staff to improve service efficiency, upsell menu items, and maintain a positive team culture.

• Quality & Hygiene Control: Ensure the dining area, cutlery, and service stations are impeccably clean and compliant with safety/hygiene regulations.

• Sales & Communication: Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and Management to achieve daily sales targets and report operational updates.

[Salary & Benefits] 

• Basic Salary: RM 4,500 / month (Commensurate with experience)
• Incentives: Attractive Performance/Target Bonus
• Working Hours: 6-Day Work Week (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
• Rest Time: 2-Hour Break Time provided daily (Actual working hours: 8 hours/day)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of solid experience as a Floor Manager, Captain, or Supervisor in a premium cafe, casual dining, or high-volume F&B environment.

• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle peak-hour rush calmly and professionally.

• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Ability to converse with a diverse/premium clientele in Ampang).

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Conversant in Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong advantage.
• Experience in opening a new restaurant outlet or managing high-end/trendy hospitality brands.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
