Job Description

JUNGHEE is a Korean fusion dining brand originating from Korea, currently operating 22 brands across the country. The company focuses on introducing modern and creative Korean cuisine to global markets and is actively expanding overseas. Malaysia is being positioned as a key regional hub for future expansion into multiple countries.

We are currently looking for a Korean-speaking Admin & Marketing Coordinator to support communication with the Korea headquarters and assist with administrative and marketing operations in Malaysia. Both part-time and full-time applicants are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate and coordinate with the Korea headquarters and local Malaysia team
  • Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and internal coordination
  • Support marketing-related tasks such as campaign coordination, influencer communication, content scheduling, and operational follow-up
  • Help organize and manage communication between different departments and external partners
  • Assist with expansion-related operational support for overseas projects
  • Support translation and bilingual communication when required

Working Arrangement

  • Part-time or Full-time available
  • Flexible working arrangement
  • Mainly remote/work-from-home, with occasional meetings or office visits in Kuala Lumpur when required

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Prior admin, marketing, hospitality, or F&B experience is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
