✅ Client Acquisition: Identify and engage property owners who need rental and management services.
✅ Lead Generation & Networking: Source potential landlords and investors through online and offline channels.
✅ Sales Presentations: Explain property management services, benefits, and fee structures to landlords.
✅ Negotiation & Closing Deals: Convince landlords to sign property management agreements.
✅ Follow-Ups & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
✅ Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, rental pricing, and competitor analysis.
✅ Onboarding New Properties: Ensure a smooth transition for newly managed properties, including documentation

Job Requirements

✔️ Experience in real estate, sales, or property management is an advantage (but fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome!).
✔️ Excellent communication & persuasion skills to build rapport with clients.
✔️ Self-motivated and goal-driven – Able to work independently and meet targets.
✔️ Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.
✔️ Basic knowledge of rental property operations & market trends is a plus.
✔️ Fluent in English and [Other Language, e.g., Malay, Mandarin] (preferred).
✔️ Own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and property visits.
