Job Description

• Assist in daily site operations and coordination of contractors and vendors 
• Monitor renovation progress and report site updates to the office team
• Receive, inspect, and document delivery of materials and equipment such as handling tenant move in / move out, submit unit defect and apply renovation/move in permit
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety
• Attend to minor on-site tasks or troubleshooting (e.g. fixing furniture, checking defects)
• Take photos and videos of work progress or issues
• Liaise with tenants, owners, and building management as needed
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Site or Project Manager
• Prepare and follow up on any necessary remedial actions.
• Ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to on site.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM equivalent, Diploma or Bachelor Degree is a plus. (fresh grads welcome)
• Experience in renovation, construction, or property field is an advantage
• Able to communicate in English and BM (Mandarin is a bonus)
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to multiple sites
