Job Description

  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a clean and presentable workspace.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining various documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
  • Able to communicate in fluent Mandarin as the role requires you to deal with Mandarin speaking vendors.
  • Able to work on Monday - Saturday
  • Able to start work immediately
