<div>Responsibility</div><ul><li>To assist in planning, development, tender process and project implementation until completion with Certificate of Completion &amp; Compliance (CCC).</li><li>Attend daily coordination discussion and meeting</li><li>Responsible for a proper filing system for project reference.</li><li>To liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors for all project activities including design, project specifications, work program, authority matters, QA QC and ensure the project’s progress is within the target timeline.</li><li>To liaise and follow up closely with relevant government authority bodies to ensure approval are obtained timely.</li><li>To check and review all the authorities’ submission drawings and supporting documents from project consultants, inclusive to assist in preparation and compilation of documents or fees for submission.</li><li>To liaise with the Business Development team and company management to ensure drawings produced are accurate as per the team’s expectations and design criteria.</li><li>To prepare progress report and related reporting progressively.</li><li>To attend authorities’ related technical/ site meetings, site evaluation and site inspections.</li><li>To manage and maintain project’s related documentation (technical documents/ drawings/ approvals/ correspondence, etc.)</li></ul>
