Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Distribution & Tracking
- Distribute and assign leads promptly according to internal SOPs.
- Ensure all key lead updates are accurately documented in ClickUp.
- Track lead progress across stages, highlight delays, and flag irregularities.
- Monitor the overall health and movement of the lead pipeline.
Conductor System Support
- Assist in updating and maintaining conductor-related data for designers.
- Monitor designer/upline updates and ensure they are completed within the required timeframe.
- Follow-up with designers or team leads to resolve overdue or missing updates.
Administrative Support
- Maintain, clean, and update data entries to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Generate basic summaries, reports, or tracking sheets for the Team Lead as required.
- Support additional administrative tasks related to lead management and conduct compliance.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics/Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and follow SOPs with minimal supervision.
- Computer literate and comfortable using digital tools such as ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Slack.
- Detail-oriented, with strong data entry accuracy.
- Fast learner — open to learning system workflows and automations.
