Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
System Setup & Data Structure
- Design and set up structured tracking formats using Excel/Google Sheets
- Build formulas, validation rules, and basic dashboards for visibility
- Establish clear data flow for external/ non-ClickUp leads
- Identify gaps in current tracking and propose improvements
Reporting structure
- Set up weekly/ monthly reporting formats for management
- Ensure data structure supports accurate reporting and analysis
Workflow & Operations Support
- Assist internal teams with data preparation when required
- Support other operational admin tasks related to data and reporting
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years experience in related field.
- Good communication in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Basic IT knowledge and comfort working with digital tools, systems, and online platforms.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets including formulas, filters, data validation, dashboards.
- Fast learner with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and follow SOPs with minimal supervision.
- Detail oriented, organised, and systematic in managing tasks.
- Computer literate and comfortable using Slack and Google Drive, and open to learning new tools and platforms.
