JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and marketing teams to ensure video content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
• Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing video shoots for a variety of formats including product showcases, advertisements, tutorials, and digital campaigns.
• Support video shoots, helping to maintain quality control of visuals, audio, and lighting on set.
• Operate video production gear including cameras, stabilizers, and lighting systems, with guidance from senior team members as needed.
• Edit videos with growing command of narrative, pacing, motion, and sound design.
• Assist with post-production elements including graphics, transitions, music, and basic color grading.
• Stay curious about digital content trends and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorms.
• Take initiative to learn from senior editors/videographers and continuously improve technical and creative skills.

Job Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content production (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• A portfolio/showreel demonstrating creativity and basic technical competence across any of commercial, branded, or social media content.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; basic understanding of color grading is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate skills operating video equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear).
• Basic knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
• Good storytelling instincts and an eye for framing, lighting, and editing rhythm.
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines, with willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Must be open to occasional travel for shoots.
