Job Description

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and new clients.
• Responsible for answering customer enquiries, handle appointments and walk in of clients into the store.
• Provide clients with guided eye treatment experiences, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout.
• Educate clients on pre and post treatment care, available treatment packages and product benefits.
• Ensure treatment area is clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Record clients feedback and treatment details accurately for follow up.
• Maintain inventory of eye treatment supplies and retail products.
• Assist in upselling and cross selling packages / product based on client’s needs.
• Actively contribute to meeting monthly sales and engagement targets.
• Participate in training session to stay updated on product features, services, and sales techniques.
  
  *Basic Salary + Allowance + Commission

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, retail industry preferred.
• Basic understanding of eye care or willingness to be trained in eye treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication in English, Malay, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sales-oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance with pleasant personality.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
