🚀 What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement & Sales Support Responsibilities 客户互动与销售支持职责

1. Campaign & Leads Coordination
   Work closely with the Business Development and Branding teams to align campaign activities and lead handling.
   与业务发展及品牌团队紧密合作，协调推广活动及客户线索跟进。
2. Appointment & Customer Assistance
   Assist customers with appointment booking, provide basic product/service information, and guide them on the next steps.
   协助客户预约，提供基本产品或服务资讯，并引导后续流程。
3. Customer Records Management
   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, treatment details, and follow-up status.
   准确记录客户互动、护理资料及跟进情况。
4. Follow-up & Process Improvement
   Participate in follow-up process reviews and contribute to service and workflow improvements.
   参与客户跟进流程检讨，并协助优化服务及工作流程。
5. Operational & Sales Coordination
   Support daily operational tasks and sales coordination when required.
   在需要时协助日常营运及销售相关协调工作。
   

Customer Service & Treatment Responsibilities 客户服务与护理职责

1. Customer Reception
   Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
   以专业及友善的态度接待客户。
2. Eye Treatment Service & Education
   Deliver eye treatment services and educate clients on pre- and post-care, as well as product benefits.
   提供眼部护理服务，并讲解疗程前后护理及产品优势。
3. Customer Feedback & Follow-up
   Record customer feedback and treatment outcomes accurately for follow-up purposes.
   负责顾客反馈及护理记录，并进行后续跟进。
4. Sales & Promotion
   Promote and recommend suitable packages and products to achieve sales targets.
   推广及销售适合客户需求的疗程及产品，以达成销售目标。
5. Treatment Area Maintenance
   Ensure the treatment area is clean, sanitized, and properly maintained.
   确保护理区域整洁、卫生及物品充足。
6. Training & Skill Development
   Participate in training to enhance product knowledge, service quality, and sales skills.
   参与培训，提升产品知识、服务质量及销售技巧。
7. Client Relationship Management
   Build and maintain professional relationships with both new and existing clients.
   建立并维持与新旧客户的专业关系。
8. Upselling & Cross-selling
   Recommend additional or complementary packages and products based on customer needs.
   根据客户需求，推荐相关或升级疗程及产品。
9. Sales & Engagement Targets
   Actively contribute to achieving monthly sales and customer engagement targets.
   积极达成每月销售及客户互动目标。

Job Requirements

🙌 Who You Are

• Min. 2 years customer service (retail preferred) 至少2年客服经验（零售优先）
• Knowledge of eye care / willing to learn 懂眼部护理或愿意学习
• Good in English, Malay & Mandarin 熟练中英文及马来文 (Communicate with clients from all races)
• Strong communication & sales mindset 良好沟通能力，具销售意识
• Pleasant, professional appearance 仪表端庄，性格友好
• Excellent service, client-focused 服务意识强，注重客户体验
• Able to work weekends & holidays 可接受周末及假期上班
