Job Responsibilities 工作职责
- Reply customer enquiries and follow up leads
回复客户咨询及跟进客户 - Assist customers with appointment booking
协助客户预约 - Recommend suitable products and packages
推荐适合客户的产品及配套 - Support daily retail and customer service operations
协助门店及客户服务工作 - Provide basic eye wellness service (training provided)
提供基础眼部护理服务（提供培训） - Maintain cleanliness and good customer experience
保持环境整洁及良好客户体验
Job Requirements
🙌 Who You Are
- Min. 2 years customer service (retail preferred) 至少2年客服经验（零售优先）
- Knowledge of eye care / willing to learn 懂眼部护理或愿意学习
- Good in English, Malay & Mandarin 熟练中英文及马来文 (Communicate with clients from all races)
- Strong communication & sales mindset 良好沟通能力，具销售意识
- Pleasant, professional appearance 仪表端庄，性格友好
- Excellent service, client-focused 服务意识强，注重客户体验
- Five days work 工作5天制
