We are seeking full-time business development personnel to join our growing team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that offers rewarding career opportunity, to grow and expand our three main sales channels, i.e. Network Marketing, Retail, and eCommerce.
(a) Network Leadership & Expansion - Lead and grow the sales distributor network by developing strong leaders and expanding market presence in whole Malaysia, then internationally.
(b) Business Strategy & Planning - Design growth strategies, sales campaigns, and expansion plans to drive distributor recruitment and sales volume.
(c) Sales Performance Management - Monitor team performance, distributor productivity, and implement initiatives to achieve company sales targets.
(d) Leadership Development & Training - Develop structured training systems for distributors and sales agents including leadership development, product education, and business building strategies.
(e) Strategic Partnerships & Key Leader Support - Work closely with top distributors and key sales leaders to strengthen long-term business growth and market penetration.
(a) Minimum 5 years’ experience in wellness or beauty related Direct Selling industries (preferred).
(b) Excellent communication in main languages to effectively communicate with sales distributors, partners, and clients.
(c) Excellent interpersonal skills with sales-oriented mindset and proven track record.
(d) Possess own transport and willingness to travel within Malaysia or Overseas.
(e) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
