Job Description

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs for marketing campaigns, branding, social media, websites, packaging, and promotional materials. 
• Handle projects independently from briefing, conceptualization, design execution, revisions, to final artwork delivery. 
• Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. 
• Work closely with marketing, sales, content, and production teams to ensure designs align with business objectives. 
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications. 
• Prepare artwork files for print and digital production. 
• Liaise with vendors, printers, and external agencies when necessary. 
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers. 
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. 
• Assist in planning and managing project schedules, priorities, and workloads.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or creative industry. 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX is an added advantage. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercial design work. 
• Excellent time management and project handling skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 

Preferred Skills

• Experience in branding and campaign development. 
• Ability to manage client expectations and project timelines. 
• Photography, videography, or animation skills are a plus. 
• Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing trends.
