Job Description

• Lead the design and execution of branding, marketing campaigns, packaging, websites, social media, and and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns together with the Marketing Team.
• Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality artwork for both print and digital platforms.
• Create 3D visualisations and mock-ups for retail displays, exhibition booths, product displays, packaging, and event setups.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Prepare artwork for both print and digital production.
• Manage multiple creative projects and coordinate with vendors, printers, and external agencies.
• Guide and mentor junior designers while contributing creative direction to the team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media creatives, and campaign design.
• Video editing and motion graphics skills are an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
