Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative KOL Specialist Intern to support our influencer marketing initiatives. In this role, you will assist in identifying, engaging, and coordinating with KOLs to support brand campaigns and content strategies. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, enjoys building relationships, and wants to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and identifying suitable KOLs across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
• Support outreach efforts by preparing pitches, follow-up messages, and coordination tasks.
• Help manage KOL databases, including contact information, rates, performance metrics, and campaign history.
• Assist in briefing KOLs on campaign requirements, content guidelines, and deadlines.
• Monitor content drafts, submissions, and posting schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and KPIs, and compile reporting for internal use.
• Support the team in daily administrative tasks related to influencer management.
• Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends, social media updates, and popular content formats.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking sheets) and PowerPoint (presentation building).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
