Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Executive to support our day-to-day IT operations. This role is responsible for providing basic IT support to employees, setting up IT equipment for new joiners, and ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, good troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and configure IT equipment for new joiners, including laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, and accessories.
• Install and update software applications and ensure proper licensing.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist in user account creation and access management (e.g., email, VPN, shared drives).
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, servicing, and warranty claims.
• Support video conferencing systems and office network infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
• Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.
• Assist in IT projects and system upgrades as needed.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common enterprise tools.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems is an added advantage
• Knowledge of IT asset management tools.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation.
