Job Description

• Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures
• Review, develop and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of a business
• Analyze and recommend changes in internal audit controls
• Identify and evaluate procedures and policies in tax reporting processes
• Prepare audit paperwork in accordance with standards and requirements
• Lead and manage the engagement team on audit assignments of a portfolio of clients in various industries.
• Guide and mentor your team members and review their work to ensure high quality, accurate, and efficient results and service delivery to clients.
• Managing timely billings and collections as well as risk management of the engagements involved, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Provide guidance and mentoring of junior team members on their personal growth and career progression.

Job Requirements

• Language(s) Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• More than 3 years of working experience preferably in a professional services environment
• At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing teams
• A recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent with a Professional Accounting qualification and / or membership in Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
• Results oriented
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Possess initiative and able to work independently
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skill
