Our Story

1. Comply with all procedures related to parts management at the center. 2. Verify that physical stock quantities and part locations match the system records. 3. Print PRFs and allocate necessary parts to mechanics as needed. 4. Ensure mechanics receive parts in a Just In Time (JIT) manner. 5. Place parts orders with the Part Warehouse after approval by the SM. 6. Manage the organization of parts storage. 7. Implement and maintain 5S principles in part storage areas. 8. Conduct monthly internal stock takes to minimize errors and verify with the SM. 9. Accurately allocate parts using efficient racking methods. 10. Report any back-ordered parts to the SM or supervisor. 11. Ensure timely availability of parts at the service center. 12. Control parts inventory to prevent dead stock. 13. Monitor pending parts collections (CRO). 14. Adhere to warranty policies and procedures. 15. Assist in preparing any reports requested by HQ or supervisor. 16. Perform any additional duties assigned by the SM or supervisor.
