Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Provide friendly reception and initial triage, record patient details, and measure vital signs accurately.
• Assist clinicians during examinations and basic procedures, and perform basic first aid and wound care as directed.

Clinic Operations & Administration

• Manage appointment scheduling, phone enquiries, and patient follow-up with clear, timely communication.
• Maintain and update medical records, process basic billing or insurance forms, and support stock ordering and filing.

Hygiene, Safety & Supplies

• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and stocked according to infection control guidance.
• Monitor inventory levels, label medical supplies, and report restocking needs to supervisors.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience working in a clinic, private practice, or hospital setting.
• Certificate or diploma in healthcare, medical assistance, nursing aid, or related field preferred; SPM with relevant experience will be considered.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Accurate vital signs measurement, basic first aid, and familiarity with common clinic procedures and instruments.
• Competency with electronic medical records or clinic software, appointment systems, and basic billing tasks.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication and compassion when interacting with patients and team members.
• Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks in a busy clinic environment.
