Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken associate, inside sales to join our team. Associate, sales will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. 
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales person for further development and closure.

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.  
  • Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features and checks customer’s buying history. 
  • Prepares, generates and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
  • Closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Requirement of the role:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in Sales / Telesales. 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to perform basic computer skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
