We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to support the daily operations of our IT & Technology Department.

In this role, you will assist the team in ensuring smooth technical operations across the company by helping to maintain hardware and software systems, managing company assets, and providing support with troubleshooting and documentation. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues within the company.
• Help with installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of company assets (desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and other equipment).
• Support system updates, software installations, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Assist in creating and maintaining IT documentation such as equipment usage guides, SOPs, and asset logs.
• Support user access setup for new staff (e.g., computer login, email, server access).
• Help maintain and manage the company’s IT asset inventory.
• Track asset movement and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Provide technical assistance for events and on-site activations (equipment setup, testing, troubleshooting).
• Liaise with vendors and service providers under the guidance of the IT team.
• Participate in on-site troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks.
• Support any ad-hoc projects or assignments.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.
• Strong interest in IT support, asset management, and learning new technologies.
• Detail-oriented, with good organizational and documentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
• Possessing own transport is an added advantage (for offsite/event-based support).
