Job Description
- To issue Sales Order, Delivery Order, SRN etc according to quatition or sales.
- Responsible for support role for Project and Sales, include planning, organizing, maintain all Sales Order documents.
- To coordinate with internal department for stock movement or order and delivery matters.
- To follow up with payment deadline and terms.
- To assist is product claims issue.
- Able to develop and maintain an efficient control system of filing, records & communications
- To liaise with other hoc matter assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Able to read, speak and write simple English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Independent and reliable
- Able to start work with minimum notice
