Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To assist in all documentation such as filing and etc.
- To prepare all documents such as stock adjustment documents and etc.
- To responsible to pick up phone calls.
- To tally figures report and send to Managing Director.
- To receive ITN from other department and do the necessary.
- Switches / price tag update.
- To update delivery schedule daily.
- To send / submit receipt to Account Department.
- To arrange service schedule.
- To manage and keep track for stock balance / price tag up to date for all showroom items / products.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Fresh grads are welcome.
Some working experience in Retails & Operation will be a privilege
