About the role

Prepare tea, milk tea and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards. Greet customers, take orders accurately and recommend drinks. Handle cashier duties and process payments correctly. Serve drinks promptly and ensure orders are complete.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tea, milk tea and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards
• Prepare ingredients and toppings, ensuring freshness and correct storage
• Greet customers, take orders accurately and recommend drinks
• Handle cashier duties and process payments correctly
• Serve drinks promptly and ensure orders are complete
• Keep the preparation area, equipment, serving counter and customer seating areas clean
• Replenish ingredients, cups and other supplies throughout the shift
• Assist with stock receiving and inventory checks, and report shortages or expired ingredients
• Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
• Work closely with teammates and follow instructions from the Senior Barista and Outlet Manager

Job Requirements

About you

• No prior F&B experience required; training will be provided
• Willing to learn beverage preparation and customer service skills
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Chinese is an added advantage
• Friendly, responsible, punctual and able to work well in a team
• Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Comfortable working in a busy environment and standing for extended periods
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to complete food handler training and obtain a valid typhoid vaccination before handling food
